I have started witht he Appendix D - SDLs under various "scenarions" (modelling assumptions).

Denis, do rely your assistance in these types of matters - particularly your capacity for detail. The Sustainable Diversionary Limits (SDLs) are an important area of debate - could be a good place to start.
ReplyDeleteThe thing that gets me though is that I am told that the Water Accounting being cranked up under the National Water Initiative does not take many diversions into account - i.e. dams built on individual properties.
We have neglected so much water stuff - and the most basic is that we don't have the where and how much of water. We are guessing - and currently we are doing arithmetic not accountancy!
