Receivers take over Shep fruit business of John Corboy, key backer of Brumby Govt's foodbowl project and north-south pipeline.The foodbowl project or - to give it its official name - NVIRP has been controversial since its conception/inception. The Brumby Government proceded with its implementation in spite of vehement community protest, particularly from Plug the Pipe. I don't know what business in particular is referenced by Mel. Perhaps more will follow.
